Book research time on your project, chargeable by the hour. You can decide whether you would like original documents to be photographed or transcribed (or both).
This could be support for your own family tree researches, or for a one-off genealogy question that you would like answered.
Based in the East Midlands, Waymark Genealogy enjoys easy access to, and familiarity with, local archives in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire.
Waymark Genealogy also regularly visits the following archives and libraries in the London area: The National Archives, The British Library, The Wellcome Library, The Society of Genealogists, The London Metropolitan Archives, The Guildhall Library.
We would be very pleased to research on your behalf at these archives, or archives in other parts of the country and are always excited to explore a new archive on your behalf!

Churchyard and Cemetery Visits
Visits made to churchyards and cemeteries of interest to you. Digital photographs taken of grave plots, headstones, churches and cemeteries.
Based in the East Midlands, Waymark Genealogy enjoys easy access to, and familiarity with, cemeteries and churches in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire. In addition we regularly visit churches and cemeteries in the London and the South East.
We would be very pleased to make a visit on your behalf in these and other locations in any part of the country.
Genealogy Verification Service
Have you already completed a significant amount of family history research but are wondering whether you have drawn the correct conclusions or made the correct family links?
Waymark Genealogy has a tree verification service and would be pleased to provide that extra check on your research and, if appropriate, offer advice on developing it further.

Waymark Genealogy can also offer a fresh pair of eyes on your genealogical ‘brick wall’ - a second opinion can often suggest alternative lines of enquiry.
£20 per hour of investigation and research time, if progress is made on the problem.
If no progress is made there is no charge.
